Munich Wakeboarding

This is one of Munich's hot spots for sunny summerdays. Best time at weekends to go to Aschheim close to Munich is around 10 am, so that you avoid traffic-jam. Aschheim is a little village in the north-east fo Munich, and has a nice beacharea with beach-volley, skihiking and watersport-ficilities. It is a great place for leisure and team-/funsport-events. You can go waterskiing, wakeboarding or surfing on a board. There are also around 8 beach-volley-courts and a center for skihiking, a high-wire-garden. Best coffe you get in the little café at the beach, big cocktails at the beach-bar, grilled cheeseburgers at the barbeque-grill and nice salads and chickenburgers at the beach-restaurant at caribbean Roberto Beach. On warm days around 1pm the spot is overcrowded. And you are not allowed to swim in the lake - which even does not quench the people. But after a whole day relaxing in the sun, wakeboarding and grilled burger with bear, the day was great. Just enjoy yourself.
