Edmonton Balloon Club (The) - details

The Edmonton Balloon Club was founded in 1974 and new members can expect a warm welcome. However, if you want to try a flight, champagne flights for the public are a regular feature. Should you want to join the club, come along to a monthly meeting held on the second Thursday at 7pm at the Alberta Aviation Museum. When you join, you can expect top quality training in all aspects of balloon flying from ground crewing to eventual piloting. Members who assist at balloon flights can earn a free champagne flight.
