This classy restaurant caters to those who are looking for a truly fine dining experience. You enter Chance through the bar and are immediately struck by the rich mahogany accents. Just past the fireplace and down a few steps is the grand dining room with its subdued colors, high ceiling and elegantly laden tables. The cuisine is mainly "Canadian Regional," with selections that include bison, venison, beef, and lamb. Located downtown in Commerce Place, Chance offers valet parking and is definitely one of Edmonton's most respected restaurants.
