Bogenhausen offers substantial, high quality fare in pleasant surroundings. You will detect a subtle French influence in the fish, poultry and game dishes, all of which are meticulously prepared. The emphasis is on traditional cuisine. Main courses start with the turbot fish being highly recommended. Only the service leaves something to be desired, but most of the patrons, who consist of business people, Munich dignitaries and the generally affluent, do not appear unduly troubled by it.
