Just by its location alone in the “my-oh-my” five-star Hai Tian Hotel is indication enough that this is one special restaurant. The menu is spiced with Shanghai styled cuisine (Hence, the restaurant's name), which is heavier and sweeter than other Chinese dishes. Hairy Crab, Eight Treasure Duck, Drunken Chicken, braised eel and yellow fish are some of the belly treats that line its ever changing menu. Reservations are encouraged, especially during weekends when the hotel fills with travelers.
